If you chose to report confidentially, you can provide your contact information so that, if you wish, you can be contacted outside of this platform. We only require two pieces of information: phone number and name.

7. Submit the report and save your unique code

Remember to save the unique report code; it's your only way to re-enter the report and respond to the agent on this platform.
